While our goal is to have a society free of racism and other “isms,” attaining this goal is a process.  The Spiral of Consciousness©, facilitates individual and group growth through a process of consciousness raising. In this process, we must recognize that not all participants are at the same level of consciousness as it relates to combating issues of oppression.  However, all participants have the responsibility of identifying where they are in this process and how they play a part in creating a more just society and work environment. This training can be tailored for corporate, nonprofit, government, academic, and faith environments. It provides an opportunity for participants to address their individual level of consciousness, as well as providing a framework for the group to strategize on how they will create change or spark a process of growth in their individual and corporate settings.
